Thanksgiving Weekend

Lauren helped me do some cooking while Ty cooked in his sisters room. Then the next night Tommy and I enjoyed a night out with a bunch of friends and had a great time.

Ty is 9 months

Ty turned 9 months this weekend! He is trying to walk but hopefully wont figure it out for a bit. He is always happy and love playing with his sister.

So To Disneyland We Went

We had a great two days at Disneyland. We cut it short a bit cause we were sick but we got to see all the good stuff....so I will let the pictures do the talking

PUMPKIN PATCH

So we made the trip to the pumpkin patch. It was literally an all day ordeal. We started at 10am at the pumpkin patch that is actually right down the road and it was awesome. Then we had lunch followed by a nap. Then after we were all refueled we carved the pumpkins and cooked the seeds. We finally wrapped things up about 8pm and fell onto the couch. So now I will just include a bunch of pictures from the day....

6 Interesting things about me

So I have not posted in a while cause my camera is on the frits...so in blog world where there are these people that post all the time they write neat things about themselves or family or thoughts...not me so much but I was "tagged" (another fun blogging game) to write 6 interesting facts about myself that you might not know...so here goes....
1. I dont like the volume loud on the TV or radio...I really think I have sensitive ears.
2. I hate laundry...wait till there is no room left in the basket to finally fold the clothes.
3. I am deathly scared of bats....they are just creepy
4. favorite food is still mac and cheese....but it has to be a little soupy..add extra milk
5. cant wait to get the mail everyday...just in case there could be money instead of bills in there.
6. if I sit down on the couch no matter what time it is to watch tv....I will for sure fall asleep.

So there you go....I am suppose to tag 3 other people....but I dont know three other people that have blogs. so if you read this and you dont have a blog...you should make one. if i can, u can

Ice Skating!!

My friend Crystal took Lauren ice skating for the first time. She did really well and of course made mom get out there too....I thought it would be no problem.....OH MY GOSH!!!! I never fell but I had cramps in my feet and my ankles killed after..ha. Anyway Lauren did better than I thought she would and she loved it. She later told me she wanted to play Hockey when she saw the hockey team practicing.

Gymnastics/ Kung Fu/ Crazy Dance

Sooooo Lauren has been in gymnastics now for about 5 weeks. It is interesting to say the least but she loves it. Here are some pictures before we left the house and also of Ty who is so happy now just crawling everywhere and smiling.

Funny Lips!!!

Lauren got these funny lips and we laughed all weekend when she would walk around with them on.

Lauren asks all the time to put Ty in her baby strollers and cribs. I always say no but last night...Dad said yes. And Ty loved it. And it was pretty hilarious to watch.

Ty is 7 months and our new counter tops!!!

We had a very buys weekend. Our counter tops were being done and I thought it would be fun to have a card class right in the middle of it. Well....we had the card class in the garage which turned out great. I still need to do some cleaning but it worked okay for last minute and I had some new people join us and it was just a blast. Ty turned 7 months and is happier than ever. But he doesn't like to hold his bottle....he likes me to hold his bottle while he rubs his eyes or scratches his head...so I am trying to teach him to hold his bottle. And Lauren got to ride the carousel and of course would not cooperate to take any pictures....oh well. and finally our counter tops are near done and tomorrow we should have plumbing and full use of the kitchen. It is so hard not to have water in your kitchen....and I still go to the sink and try to turn it on.

5 things i am thankful for right now

1. The repair man fixed my washer and dryer
2. doing 5 loads of laundry in under 5 days
3. dr's that make kids better- 2 with pink eye and one with two ear infections
4. they are both asleep before 730
5. lauren loves her little bro....

We had a great weekend and tried to get Ty to crawl every chance we could. It was warm so we enjoyed some pool time too!

We had a busy weekend. Ty is starting to eat food...although he just sorta rolls it around in his mouth and then it turns to drool. And Lauren had her big 3rd Birthday party. Enjoy the pictures.
